Solutions

Every Call Deserves a Clear Next Step.

A busy counter, a ringing phone, and a customer waiting for an answer. FrontAgent is being developed to help your team handle these moments with approved information and a consistent call workflow.

In development. Phase 1 telephone service is English only.

Solutions for Everyday Call Challenges

These scenarios describe the planned service. They show how FrontAgent is intended to support your team; they are not claims of live service or guaranteed business results.

Calls During Busy Service

When the team is serving customers, routine phone questions can interrupt the counter and kitchen. The planned receptionist greets callers in English, identifies their needs, and works within the business’s approved hours and call-handling rules.

Intended outcome: a clearer route from the incoming call to an answer, request, or human handoff.

Repeated Questions

Hours, location, menu details, and business policies should come from one approved source. FrontAgent is designed to answer from that knowledge and acknowledge when information is missing instead of guessing.

Intended outcome: consistent information and fewer routine interruptions for staff.

Incomplete Order Details

A restaurant request needs more than an item name. The planned flow captures quantities, required modifiers, special instructions, and approved fulfillment details, then reads back the request for confirmation.

Intended outcome: an organized summary that the restaurant can review and act on.

Requests That Need a Person

Unclear requests, exceptions, and customer concerns may need staff judgment. Transfers follow the business’s authorization and availability rules. If nobody is available, the alternative is an approved message or callback request.

Intended outcome: a useful handoff without an unsupported promise.

Messages Without a Clear Next Step

The planned message workflow captures who called, the reason, a callback number when provided, and the intended recipient. Follow-up follows the business’s rules; a captured request does not mean the business has already responded.

Intended outcome: enough context for the right person to follow through.

Information Across Different Screens

Client dashboards and client websites are part of the evolving service architecture. The aim is to keep approved business information and request outcomes connected. Current sample screens illustrate the concept; live data delivery and integrations require validation.

Intended outcome: a clearer view of business information and requests as the product expands.

Value for Customers, Staff, and Owners

Customers need a useful answer and a clear next step. Staff need fewer avoidable interruptions and complete details. Owners need a consistent process they can review. The existing Benefits page explains these intended outcomes in more detail.
