Explore FrontAgent
FrontAgent is a phone-first receptionist and customer-request platform in development. Restaurants are the Phase 1 priority; telephone service is English only.
FrontAgent is being developed to answer inbound calls in English, use approved business knowledge, capture and confirm restaurant orders or requests, and transfer only when authorized and available. Live service is not active.
No. FrontAgent is designed to handle the calls your team cannot reach during busy periods, and to hand the conversation to a person whenever one is available and set to receive transfers.
FrontAgent keeps assisting the caller within your approved business information, takes a message, or arranges a callback — following the settings your business has approved. It never promises a transfer or a callback time your settings do not support.
Phase 1 FrontAgent telephone service supports English only. Additional website languages are future possibilities; translated pages would not imply telephone service in those languages.
Phase 1 does not collect full payment-card data. Payment remains with the restaurant’s existing approved process. POS and payment integrations are future capabilities, not live features or security certifications.
No. Live video calling is planned for a later stage, after telephone answering and restaurant ordering are established. The demonstration on this page is a video-style presentation of a telephone call, not a video call.
Pricing has not been published yet. Service availability and application details will be announced when they are ready.
