How It Works

From the First Ring to a Clear Next Step.

FrontAgent listens, uses your approved information, completes the request it can handle, and involves your team when a person is needed.

The examples on this page are concept demonstrations using sample business and customer data.

Sample data for illustration. FrontAgent is in development; this is not a live order or a real customer.

This is an AI presentation of a telephone conversation, shown for illustration. It is not a recording of a live service. Phase 1 telephone service is English only. FrontAgent does not offer video calling.

One Call, Five Steps

From first hello to finished follow-through — one continuous conversation.

Customer calls you

The planned service receives inbound calls through the business’s approved telephone route. Response timing and any website calling option require implementation and testing.

Greets and identifies the need

FrontAgent opens in English, listens for the caller's request, and follows the English workflow approved by the business.

Answers you approved

Menu, hours, directions, prices and policies are answered from the knowledge your business approved. Anything outside it is politely declined rather than guessed.

Human handoff

The call transfers only when the owner or employee is nearby, available, and has call transfer enabled. Otherwise FrontAgent keeps helping, takes a message, or arranges a callback.

Follow-through

Capture required order or request details, read them back, and obtain confirmation. The planned workflow records delivery and acknowledgement; future booking, quote, and payment integrations are not active.

FrontAgent is a virtual assistant, not a person. Phase 1 telephone service operates in English only.

The Same Call, Everywhere It Lands

One conversation, delivered to the places your business already works in.

Order screen

A structured order summary is delivered to an approved business device — the same summary your kitchen reads — and printed where an approved printer integration exists.

Point of sale

POS integration, including the earlier Square concept, remains future work. No live connection is claimed. Authoritative prices and taxes must come from approved business data.

Owner dashboard

The client dashboard prototype illustrates business-safe call and order views. Live records, reporting, and authenticated access are not active. Management and technical controls remain separate.

These are planned delivery paths. Screens, printers, POS systems, and dashboards require separate implementation and verification before use.

Set It Up with Your Own Information

FrontAgent is in active development. When applications open, your business will apply with its industry and the functions it needs; after review and approval you'll receive a dedicated dashboard, an AI knowledge base, staff accounts, and a widget for your website — tested together before going live.
