Restaurants · Phase 1 Priority

Keep Your Team with Guests. Give Every Call a Clear Next Step.

FrontAgent is being developed for restaurant telephone answering: help with menu questions, capture orders and requests, confirm details, and involve staff under your approved rules.

In development. Phase 1 telephone service is English only.

From a Restaurant Call to a Confirmed Request

Understand the request

Identify a new order, menu question, existing-order question, or staff request.

Use your approved information

Check menu choices, required modifiers, availability, hours, and fulfillment rules. Missing information calls for a human response, not a guess.

Confirm before submission

Read back consequential details and obtain the caller’s confirmation before creating an order.

Deliver and verify

The planned workflow records delivery to an approved restaurant destination and its acknowledgement. A delivery failure must stay visible.

Bring in the team when needed

If an authorized transfer is unavailable, take a message or request a callback under restaurant rules, without promising a time.

A Clear Scope Before Service Starts

Prepare the restaurant’s knowledge

Menu, prices, required choices, hours, pickup or delivery rules, approved allergy statements, and staff contacts are reviewed before configuration.

Keep payment with the restaurant

Phase 1 does not collect full card data. Payment stays with the restaurant’s existing approved process. POS and payment integrations are future work.

Review the client experience

Client dashboards and websites are part of the evolving service model. Gourmet Kitchen (C-001) is a fictional sample only, not a live client; it accepts no orders.

Confirm readiness before go-live

Service configuration, business review, security, and end-to-end testing must be complete before a real restaurant uses the service.
